Happy New year!!

May 2024 be full of opportunities for you to create your best life! 


Here are a few tips to let go of 2023 and invite 2024 in consciousness.


So...If you haven’t done it yet, it is time to reflect on what 2023 was for you.


Why? Because in order to create anew, you first need to let go off the old. 


In order to let go off the old, you need to be at peace with it. And in order to be at peace with it, you need to be clear and conscious of what it holds. Then you can own it and choose what you want to do with it, in consciousness.


The best way to do this, is to find some alone time to connect with yourself, contemplate the past year without filter or distraction and journal about it.


The following questions might help you to start :


How was your year? How do you feel about it? 


What were the important and meaningful moments for you? 


Did you have any goal? Did you reach them? If so, how did you do it?


What did you do well? What did you not do so well?  


When were you lucky? When were you not so lucky? 


As you reflect and put it into words, acknowledge : 


The kind of attitude you have in front of this past year.


What comes easily and what doesn’t come easily.


The kind of feelings or emotions that are coming up.


The lessons and blessings that you can keep with you. 


Who and what you can be grateful for.


Who and what you need to forgive, including yourself. 


It is all meant to be felt and released. So, open your mind, your heart and let it go through you.


As you let it be, clarity and consciousness will come.


No matter what happened during the past year, forgive it, bless it, let it go with peace and make space for 2024 to be.


Now is time to set your mind and heart for the new year so if you feel you need to plan some changes in your life or set some goals ask yourself :


What do you really want in your life?


What do you really need in your life?


What would you like to create? 


Who would you like to be? 


What would be fair for you to have?


Once you are clear with the answers to these questions :


Align your thoughts, beliefs and emotions about it in a positive way


Give thanks for what is coming, make it like it is already here and be grateful for it, inside.  


Trust. 


Now, it takes time for new year energies to settle and the new dynamic to kick in, so stay close to your goals. Keep taking action, one step at a time, one day at a time with gratitude. 


Conclusion


This exercise is an invitation to truly love yourself, own your life and honor your time on earth. It requires a bit of commitment and effort but making the habit of doing this kind of work can change your life for the best.


If you find yourself easily distracted from this work; 


If you feel your brain becomes foggy; 


If you have difficulties to acknowledge your feelings and accept what you feel, there might be some interesting reasons for that.


Then, just ask yourself: Is there anything your are scared of seeing and feeling? And if so, what is it? Why is it difficult to embrace it? Just ask questions and let the answers come intuitively, without forcing.
