After your holistic wellness session

The effects of a holistic wellness session don’t end when we say goodbye. They keep rippling into your universe. Often the most meaningful shifts happen in the hours and days afterward, as you absorb and take in what came up.
How you care for yourself during that time helps what you received settle into your mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Here are a few simple recommendations to support you through that integration.

Possible After-Effects
Energy work can prompt physical or emotional responses as your system rebalances. The following are all completely normal parts of the integration process:
Emotional & Mental: Feeling a profound sense of lightness, experiencing vivid dreams, or riding mild emotional waves.
Physical: Temporary tiredness or fatigue as your body processes the shift.
Digestive: Mild bloating, shifts in appetite, or looser stools as your physical body releases tension.
Staying hydrated and eating light, easy-to-digest foods will help these pass.
Please note: My work is meant to complement medical care, not replace it. If any physical symptom feels intense or lingers, please check in with your doctor.
Simple Steps for Integration
Drink plenty of water: Hydration physically supports your body as it moves and processes energy. Try to drink more than usual over the next 48 hours.
Honor your rest: If you feel tired, listen to your body. Keep the rest of your day gentle, opt for a quieter evening, or head to bed a little earlier.
Observe without attachment: Allow thoughts, emotions, or sensations to arise without gripping onto them or rushing to interpret them. Let them move through you.
Journal your insights: Writing down what you notice and feel helps you observe and stay grounded with more clarity. Even a few bullet points or a handful of keywords are enough.
Choose who you share this with
The work we do together can be deep and very personal. I encourage you to be thoughtful about who you open up to about your experience. What feels precious and true for you may not be understood, received, or respected the same way by everyone. Sharing with people who listen with care and support you can be wonderful. It’s also okay to keep some things to yourself until you feel ready.
Follow up
If you’d like support with what came up, or want to continue on this path together, I’d love to see you again.
I recommend a 1-hour mindfulness session. It can be a great way to ease into integrating the energy work, with space to slow down, settle, and practice staying grounded in what you’re noticing.
Thank you for the trust you place in this work.
With gratitude,
