Cancellation Policy

Keeping Our Sessions on Track :

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Life happens, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance — this opens up the slot for other clients.

Flexible Rescheduling : 

You're welcome to reschedule your booking once at no extra charge. Additional changes to the same booking will be treated as a late cancellation.

Late Notice & Missed Sessions :

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, mean the session is forfeited — no refund or reschedule available.

Life Happens :

True emergencies (sudden illness, hospitalization, severe weather) are the exception — just reach out and I'll review your situation with care.

If You're Running Late :

Don't worry — I'll do my best to give you great service in the time we have left. To respect the client booked after you, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time.

Arrival After 25 Minutes :

If you're delayed by 25 minutes or more, I may not have enough time left to hold a meaningful session. In these cases, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment as a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.
